Returns

REFUNDS

At this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges on purchases. Since all items are consignment pieces, once an item sells the consignor is paid resulting in all orders being final sale. Please keep this in mind when shopping with us. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email.

 

All items are guaranteed authentic but if an item is found is not authentic ( 2 x professional authentication report ) we will accept returns for special cases. If you receive an item that you do not believe is authentic, please email us immediately at eurotrash@live.com so we can properly assess and rectify the situation accordingly.

EXCHANGES

We completely understand that you may receive your order and discover your purchased goods is not the right fit or not exactly what you were after. Please do not panic as we have a range of current styles to choose from. Once you have notified us (via email: eurotrash@live.com ) of your intention to return the goods we will send you eurotrash Returns Request Slip where you can state which style you would like in exchange. As soon as we receive your return we will pack your desired exchange and send it via the original postage method. If you have any questions about exchanges please contact us as we are more than happy to guide you through this process. 

CREDIT NOTES

We completely understand that you may receive your order and discover your purchased goods is not the right fit or not exactly what you were after. Please do not panic eurotrash Online Credit Note last's for 6 months which gives you a massive range of new styles! once you have notified us (via email: eurotrash@live.com ) of your intention to return the goods we will send you eurotrash Returns Request Slip where you can state your request for a credit note in exchange for your return. As soon as we receive your return we will issue you a Online Credit Slip with a coupon code to be used within the checkout of eurotrash Online. If you have any questions about Credit Notes please contact us as we are more than happy to guide you through this process. 

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Items must be in transit and shipped back to our office within 14 days of the returns notification. An email of your intention to return is require as a Returns request slip will be needed to complete your request. All returns must be sent back in a tracked form of shipping, if the returned package is not received we do not take responsibility on lost or stolen goods. Returns must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. EUROTRASH reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in the original condition. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final. If an item is being returned, notification via email of your intention to return must be sent to eurotrash@live.com. A returns slip will then be issued to you via email and you will need to state your action desired (refund, credit note or exchange). Please place the returns slip in your package. Please note if a credit note is used for an online order you are only authorized to return your item for another credit note or exchange. If you have purchased an item over the credit note amount you can only get a refund for the amount that was used on top of your credit note.
